TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORTING EVENT LET'S DANCE!

 15 YEARS OF ZUMBA® FITNESS IN POLAND!

  1. The event is organized by Anna Dymitrasz (Tax Identification Number: 9462576526), headquartered at Stefana Żeromskiego 1 apt. 768, 01-887 Warsaw.
  2. Each participant is obliged to read and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If the participant is a minor, these Terms and Conditions apply to their legal guardians.
  3. Admission to the event is subject to payment, in accordance with the pricing detailed on the event's official website.
  4. The event pricing includes only the participation fee. All other expenses related to travel, insurance, accommodation, meals, etc., are the participant’s responsibility.
  5. Only individuals who pay the fee specified in the event's pricing and confirm having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions (both conditions must be met) are eligible to participate in the event.
  6. The event is open to adults with full legal capacity. Minors may participate with the written consent of their legal guardian, and individuals under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult who also provides written consent.
  7. The organizer sets a limit on the number of participants and reserves the right to deny admission once this limit is reached.
  8. Participants declare that they are physically capable of participating in the event, adjusting the intensity of exercises to their health and physical condition. They confirm that they do not suffer from any medical conditions or health issues that could hinder exercise, have no symptoms of illness, and participate at their own risk and responsibility.
  9. In case of any alarming symptoms during exercise, such as a significant deterioration in well-being, back or joint pain, nausea, dizziness, hearing damage, vision issues, or others, participants must stop exercising and report to the medical point.
  10. Participants are required to wear sports footwear and clothing appropriate for exercise.
  11. Participants must provide their own beverages and ensure adequate hydration during the event.
  12. The organizer is not responsible for items left at the event venue.
  13. The organizer is not liable for damage to or loss of participants' belongings or for damages caused by participants during the event.
  14. Participants must adhere to standards of good conduct, show respect to others, and comply with instructions from the organizers. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
  15. Participants are required to use the event facilities, particularly sanitary facilities, as intended and leave them in a clean and undamaged condition.
  16. Damage to property caused by a participant or persons under their care at the event facilities will result in financial liability and potential civil or criminal responsibility.
  17. Participants bear material responsibility for repairing any damages they cause during the event.
  18. The organizer does not provide insurance for participants and is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during the event.
  19. Participants may be exposed to prolonged periods of sound and strong lighting, including strobe lights.
  20. Event fees are non-refundable. However, participants may find a substitute to attend in their place. Notification of the substitution must be promptly provided to the organizer. Event fees are non-transferable to future events organized by the organizer.
  21. In the case of withdrawal from or inability to attend the event, the organizer does not refund ticket fees.
  22. Eating, chewing gum, or placing pills or other objects in the mouth that could cause choking is prohibited during the event.
  23. Recording videos or taking photos is not permitted unless approved by the organizer.
  24. The organizer is not responsible for any health deterioration due to excessive physical strain. Participants are responsible for adjusting exercises to their health condition.
  25. The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, venue, or presenters.
  26. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event or alter its format without giving a reason. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will receive a refund within 60 days.
  27. The organizer reserves the right to record photo and video footage of the event for documentation, promotional purposes, and event coverage.
  28. Participants consent to the free use, reproduction, and dissemination of photos and videos taken during the event via any social media, promotional materials, or souvenirs. Participants waive the right to control or approve each use of their image.
  29. Smoking, consuming or bringing alcohol, intoxicants, psychotropic substances, or similar substances to the event is strictly prohibited. Attendance or participation while under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, or similar substances is also prohibited. Individuals in violation will be removed from the event.
  30. Participation in the event and payment of the fee constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the regulations of the venue, and consent to the processing of personal data by Anna Dymitrasz (Tax Identification Number: 9462576526), headquartered at Stefana Żeromskiego 1 apt. 768, 01-887 Warsaw, for informational and marketing purposes in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000).
  31. The organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions or introduce additional provisions without providing a reason.
  32. The binding and final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions belongs to the organizer. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions will be decided by the organizer. The Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law and will be interpreted accordingly.

 

 

The participant declares that they are participating in the event 15 YEARS OF ZUMBA® FITNESS IN POLAND! at their own risk.
 

The participant acknowledges the risks associated with physical activity and any potential health consequences arising from event participation.
 

The organizer is not liable for any damages, injuries, or health deterioration that may occur during the event.
